 LEARN THE BASICS OF LOAD CALCULATIONS, DUCT DESIGN, ETC.

This instructional CD-Rom was designed by an HVAC professor. The training method was developed, after years of observing how students of this industry best understand design training.

The program is self-paced, with direct video and audio instruction. There are built in links, files and examples to aid in practice of the principles explained.

There is no fluff, just straight talk for seeing the Big Picture.

 

There is 75 minutes of audio and video, but since the format is powerpoint, the presentation can be stopped, reviewed, or paused anytime to complete sample exercises. The links to trial software allows you to follow along with your own PC, using ACCA speedsheets, Elite RHVAC v.8 & 9, and OTC equipment selection. Some open source video and spreadsheets are included.

There is subject discussion of airflow basics, grill selection and location, load calculation, equipment selection, duct sizing and design, and software tips for advanced users.
